Information on my Lead Nurturing and Automation experience.
Not a question you get asked every day! I’ve been using automation for lead nurturing and marketing purposes since 2021.
I don’t specialise in a certain industry for marketing automation, however, I do mainly use them for lead generation purposes using HighLevel CRM.
This CRM emulates a lot of other automation technologies, such as Mailchimp, ClickFunnels and others (making it easier to transfer my skills across!).
I’ve used automation to build post-lead capture automation including email sequences, review requests, SMS marketing and other lead nurture marketing.
I have also set up time-based and situation-based Database Reactivation campaigns, with profitable results.
I have also set up manual chatbots, ManyChat chat bots and more recently, AI chatbots that nurture a lead and gather information before booking them in for an appointment.
The sky really is the limit here.

This company wanted an AI chatbot to qualify leads, collect information and then book them in for an appointment to reduce the man hours of their staff.
After tweaking and testing using CloseBot AI, we built this out and integrated it into their 18+ locations. This bot can now automatically book appointments (whilst appearing human) as they come in.
The company is now looking for other ways that it can save time, money and man-power using this technology.
